Minimum Order & Pricing
Kea Design House has a minimum order value of $20.00 including GST. All pricing in the shopping area is in Australian dollars and includes GST (10% sales tax).
We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee supply for orders of over 5 units per any one design. If stock shortages by design occur, Kea will contact you to arrange delivery of a differenct design or credit of your order.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Visa, Bankcard, Master Card or AMEX.
Your payment will be processed before the goods are shipped.
Postage & Handling
Orders delivered within Australia that are under $50.00 including GST will incur a $10.00 postage and handling charge.
Orders delivered within Australia that are $50.00 and over including GST will incur a $5.00 postage and handling charge.
Orders delivered outside Australia will incur a $40.00 postage and handling charge.
Please allow approximately 21 working days for delivery, from the Monday following your order placement - Thank you.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our most important concern. If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted, return within 30 days for a full, no questions asked refund. This does not however, include refund of the postage and handling charge.
Should you wish to return product because it is faulty, you have been sent the wrong colour or design or it is damaged, we will happily refund you the total of the goods and the postage and handling charge on receipt of your returned item/s.
Security
It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. Our website uses a Thawte SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 123 certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site using 128 bit encryption. We have installed a link at the bottom of the screen which will connect you to the Thawte website for verification of our certificate.
Kea is proud of our on-going commitment to responsibly manage and treat with the utmost respect and confidentiality, any individual information collected during the course of our dealings with our customers. All information collected via our website, remains confidential and Kea does not disclose personal information to any other organisations.
We only use the customer's delivery information to supply special offers and promotions. Should you not wish to receive any further information from Kea, please send us an email using our 'contact us' page or phone our office on (08) 9356 2777 to request that your name be deleted from our database. No further information will be sent to you upon receipt of your email or phone call.
